Our Story
Global Solar Outsourcing was founded by renewable energy professionals who saw a persistent gap in the market: solar companies were growing fast, but finding the right people to grow with them was slow, expensive, and unreliable.
We built GSO to fix that. Starting with a small network of solar engineers and project managers, we grew into a full-spectrum workforce partner — placing every role from back-office administrators to utility-scale O&M teams across six continents.
Today we work with some of the world's leading EPCs, developers, and asset owners. Our edge is simple: we only work in solar, which means our networks, our knowledge, and our standards are deeper than any generalist agency can match.
